Under what circumstances is the Membership/FinMax Plan fee refundable?

1. A customer can be eligible for a refund if an e-mail requesting a refund is done by the customer (with the registered email id) to refund@nowofloan.com within 48 hours of purchasing the Membership/FinMax Plan. The payment mode for the refund will be the same as the mode through which the customer payment was received. As per the banks, the refund can be received within 7 to 8 working days.

2. If the customer is unable to communicate with the company in English, Hindi, or Gujarati, they can apply for a refund within 48 hours of purchasing the membership/FinMax Plan.

3. There are certain areas/locations in which our company does not provide its services. If any person who has bought our membership/FinMax Plan and belongs to such areas/locations can apply for a refund within 48 hours of purchasing the membership/FinMax Plan.
